Greetings, party enthusiasts! 🪩

Get ready for a night out at Chateau Motel! Join us for an unforgettable Saturday night featuring four different music scenes throughout the venue: Mainstream, Afro House/EDM/House, R&B, and Electronic. Whether you’re into chart hits, dancing to house beats, smooth R&B, or electronic sounds, there’s something for everyone!

We’ll also have a special 2-for-1 bar deal from 21:00 to 23:00. To make the night even more interesting, we’ll be hosting a Traffic Light Party! 🚦 Pick your bracelet colour based on your relationship status and see who’s available, complicated, or taken.

• 👔 Dress code: Business Casual

• 🧥 A wardrobe or a shot is MANDATORY and costs 40 DKK at the entrance.

• ⏰ Please arrive between 21:00 and 23:00. We strongly recommend arriving early, as the queue may become long later in the evening. If you arrive after 23:00, the entry is not guaranteed.

• 🚦 Traffic Light Party bracelets:

  • 🟢 Green — Single

  • 🔵 Blue — Single Queer

  • 🔴 Red — Taken

  • 🟡 Yellow — Complicated

   

• Please bring a valid physical ID, as the venue has an age requirement.

While certain events and venues may have limitations, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate different needs. 🆔 ESNcard

If you purchase a ticket marked "with ESNcard", you must hold a valid ESNcard Copenhagen (or Denmark). If you do not yet have an ESNcard, you can get yours here.

🎫 Event Tickets

This registration cannot be used to access venues that require a separate ticket. Where applicable, volunteers will be present at the designated meeting point to provide access. Any last-minute updates will be communicated through our WhatsApp group.

❌ Cancellation and Refund

For tickets costing up to 120 DKK, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the event.

For tickets costing 121 DKK or more, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the start of the event.

Cancellations made after these deadlines are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel your participation, please inform us before the relevant deadline.

📤 Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to cancel your ticket before the deadline, you may transfer it to another participant. To do so, you must contact the event organiser and inform them of the transfer.

Please note that tickets purchased with an ESNcard discount may only be transferred to another valid ESNcard holder. As the ESNcard is a personal membership, discounted tickets cannot be transferred to non-members.

⏱ Late Arrivals

We operate a 15-minute waiting policy for all events. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, you will be considered a no-show and may forfeit your place.

If you know in advance that you will be late, or if circumstances arise that delay your arrival, please inform us as soon as possible and no later than 15 minutes after the event has started. This will help us retain your place where possible.

We reserve the right to deny entry to participants who arrive significantly late without prior notice.

📷 Photos and Videos

Photos and videos may be taken during events and shared on ESN Copenhagen's social media channels and other communication platforms.

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to the subsequent publication of this content. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform ESN Copenhagen before the event.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Upon request, we will remove any published content featuring you where reasonably possible. To do so, please contact both info@esn-cph.dk and communication@esn-cph.dk.

🚫 Zero-Tolerance Policy on Discrimination and Violence

ESN Copenhagen is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment for all participants. We strive to create a safe space regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, or any other personal characteristic.

We want every participant to feel welcome, respected, and supported throughout their time in Copenhagen.

Any form of discrimination, harassment, aggression, violence, exclusionary behaviour, or scam activity, whether online or at our events, will not be tolerated. Such behaviour may result in denied entry, removal from an event, suspension, or a permanent ban from ESN Copenhagen activities and platforms.

If you experience or witness any inappropriate behaviour, please report it to a member of the ESN Copenhagen team.

ESN Copenhagen reserves the right to address inappropriate conduct, issue warnings, and take any action deemed necessary to protect the community and its members.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the ESN Copenhagen community.
