Join us and volunteer for one of the greatest festivals in Europe! 🤩🎉

For the third year in a row, we are sending our amazing volunteers to the Roskilde Festival 2025, bringing back friendships, an incredible experience, and unforgettable memories. 🌟

By "us," we mean ESN CPH, ESN DTU, and others (please specify how you heard about this opportunity by choosing the proper ticket type). Everyone is welcome to join! 🙌

Please read carefully all the info! 📖

As a volunteer at Roskilde Festival with ESN, you get:

– Full festival ticket to Roskilde Festival 2025 (worth 2520 DKK) 🎟️

– Four free meal vouchers 🍔🥤

– Free coffee, tea, and snacks during your shifts ☕🍪

– Optional volunteer camping (see more info below) ⛺

– Access to the volunteer area "Volunteer Village," where there is live music, DJs, a nice and cheap bar, quiet areas for relaxation, free coffee, tea, and lemonade. You can do morning yoga, get a massage, enjoy a hot shower, and much more! 🎶💆‍♀️🍹

We expect you to:

– Be at least 18 years old 

– Be service-minded, happy, and smiling 😊

– Stay sober during your shifts 

– Pay a deposit (250 DKK until April 1st, 350 DKK after), which will be refunded to you in full after the festival

You don’t need to be part of ESN to volunteer – everyone is welcome to join us for the festival! 🎉

What Will I Do?

We will be in charge of access control, so you’ll need to check bracelets to ensure the right people are entering the area.

As a volunteer, you’ll have 4 x 8-hour shifts throughout the festival – two during the warm-up period, and two while the music is playing. You’ll also have the option to prioritize your shift-package. ⏰

The role of a Gatekeeper consists of:

– Access control to the area 🔑

– Keeping the area tidy and helping with clean-up 🧹

– Assisting guests and answering questions ❓

– … and of course, spreading the great ESN vibe to everyone! 💖

Roskilde Festival: Become a Volunteer 

If you want to volunteer, you need to pay the deposit. You will receive the deposit in full after the festival. Once you’ve paid the deposit, you’ve secured your spot as a volunteer with ESN, and you'll begin receiving all the festival information, departures, shifts, and more as soon as it’s available. 📅
