ESN CPH membership - ESNcard 2020/2021

Event Description

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU SEND US MESSAGES REGARDING YOUR MEMBERSHIP! 

CURENNTLY WE DO NOT HOLD REGULAR OFFICE HOURS, please have it in mind when buying an ESNcard!

Before purchasing the card, please make sure you are part of one of the following group:

  • Erasmus+ students
  • Erasmus+ trainees
  • Erasmus+ International incoming students
  • International incoming students or trainees on a mobility programme, other than Erasmus+
  • International undergraduate or postgraduate full degree students
  • EVS participants
  • ESNers: either active on the Local, National or International Level. They are all members of a section
  • ESN Alumni: contact your ESN section and see if you are entitled to receive an ESNcard (this depends on the statutes of each ESN section)
  • ESN buddies: if there is an ESN section in your city, and you are part of a buddy programme, contact the local ESN section and check if you are entitled to receive an ESNcard (this depends on the statutes of each of the ESN sections).

Important:
  • In order to collect your ESNcard you MUST bring a student ID (or other document stating you are a student or in the mentioned categories above).

  • It is possible to get the ESNcard number beforehand and register you card online. But in order to use the card for e.g. Ryanair, you have to pick up the physical ESNcard.

  • Once you purchase the card and you need to get the physical card, please contact us at info@esn-cph.dk in order to arrange the pick up. 

  • The ESNcard offers you some of the best discounts across Europe, it also allows you to join ESN CPH and ESN DTU trips.

  • A one-year membership of ESN costs just 70 DKK and as proof, you'll receive an ESNcard.

  • This membership works for ALL ESN sections throughout Europe.

  • The ESNcard is your own responsibility, and lost ESNcards will not be replaced. 




After you pick up the card, you'll need a 2.6 x 3.4 cm photo (must NOT exceed 2.7 x 3.5 cm). You do not have to bring the picture with yourself. You can cut your photo so it fits the required size. If you use a photo you printed yourself we can't guarantee that our partners will give you discounts, since they might require a real photo, but we will accept a printed photo for our events.
